It sounds like they have lost all programming. the system needs to be defaulted and reprogrammed. Unless anybody else has any suggestions.

If you lost all programming the system would still work, so that is not your problem. On default (lost programming), you would still be able to receive and make calls. It sounds to me you have one of two problems. Either a main board failure, or the program has been corrupted. First course of action is to power down the system, wait 60 seconds, then power up. If that does not work, default the system. If that does not work you have a hardware failure and I would need a tad more info to get you through that. Walter

Sounds to me like you took a surge of some sort. Cold Start the system and see of the problems continue. Test outgoing and incoming calls, Test intercom calls. 1. If the system works after a cold start then you will either need to re-load the program or if you don't have a copy of a back-up database, then program from ground up. 2. If the system fails your testing you have hardware issue's. Contact a Tadiran dealer.

Thanks everyone for the info.I did do a cold start and everything worked well I then tried to reload the programing and the trouble returned. So I assume I have a corrupted data base. Reprogrammed from scratch and all is well. I did notice when trying to reload the data that the program would fail at certain points and i would hit retry key and finally it would go thru but sometimes I would retry 5-8 times before it would go thru any idea why that would happen.

Future reference, don't do a load all, do it part at time. When you see the "part" that causes a problem (corrupted part) just re-program by scratch that part.
