we Have A Sprint Protege 699029 system it has 10 extentions on it
201 202 203 204 All Incoming Lines Ring on These extentions
On 205 206 207 208 209 210 only lights Flash on The Phones not ringing need to know what to change to make extentions Ring on incoming call

We need more information. Knowing that you have 10 extensions it must be Sprint 616, CTX, MTX, or LTX. Let us know which system it is and maybe we can help.
Do you have the RMP programming software? How are you planning on making these program changes? It can be done but a bit tuff to occomplish through the phone.

Ringing can only be accomplished my programming through a computer. The software needed to communicate between the computer and telephone system in proprietary. Computer programs like Hyper-terminal & Procomm will not work.

The proprietary software has to be of the same major version and minor version to communicate.

Example: F3.F45 = major.minor

The only way to know which version of software it to turn your telephone system off and look at a particular EEPROM chip in a particular board in a particular location.

It's best to have a qualified technician who knows your system come in a make the changes.

If it's a Sprint 616 ringing can be programmed through the phone. The CTX, MTX, or LTX you will need the RMP software. :thumb:

However, the extensions of the 308/616 are two-digits.
