We have an ordered hunt group with three members. The first two have FlexiCall enabled.
Coral 14.5

Problem: The second member does not get FlexiCall service when the first member overflowed (B/NA).
but...
If the first member is skipped (DND), then the FlexiCall feature works correctly for the second member.

Ruled out:
This problem is not affected by the FlexiCall status of the first member.
FlexiCall works correctly when dialing members' direct extensions.

Has anyone else had trouble with FlexiCall on a hunt group member that wasn't "first" to ring?

Are you using ACD or UCD? Also, have you considered doing it another way to see if it can be done?

Ordered would imply UCD. We don't want it to be ACD because the first member is the expert and others are backup.

I would make sure all the COS are the same. Other things you can do is make boss groups that forward in a certain order and make single member groups and see if that helps.

All members have the same COS and settings. Single-member boss groups may be a work-around, but I still want to know how or why this is happening.

Is this problem unique to our switch, or is it a known problem?
Will a system software upgrade address this?

Well, it's possible. You are pretty far behind the current software and in fact not supported by Tadiran if it's under 14.67 I believe. You will need to get a vendor to call Tadiran if you are not certified to find out if new software corrects this issue. I DO know that in version 15 many changes were make to the flexicall feature though.
