Hello, I am considering using a Tadiran Emerald ICE or Sprint K3 system . I need to know if a user or admin can save a number and label it so that the saved name/label is displayed instead of the normal caller ID name? We get calls from multiple 888 numbers that all say the same thing and would like to quickly identify which is which by labeling them.
Can this be done system wide with some sort of shared phone book/directoy or on each individual handset?
