Hi all. I'm trying to make some programming changes to a Sprint CTX Protege 616. Ive gone through the manual and tried doing Function, #, * like the manual suggests, but am getting a "code unavailable" message. Ive done some research on here and have seen other people having the same issue. I opened the case and the eeproms have a sticker labeled K32US5.F05. It looks like i need some software (RMP?) to make the changes. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
