Matt, I am no paging pro by any means but it looks like this may work. It might be worth giving Bogen a call just to see what they offer, they seem to have some nice products

Matt, the V1019 speakers are weather resistant. I wouldn't put them inside of a car wash, but regular exposure to weather won't affect them. They can hang by a chain or close to the ceiling. The specs for them are here: V1019 Series The wall mounted V1046 speakers aren't rated for true outdoor use (out in the open) but if they are located in a covered area, even outdoors, they will be fine. I know that you had mentioned the desire for something flush-mounted, but these are fairly low-profile: Slimline Wall Mount
