You would mount the ir receiver to the plasma screen or in the wall depending on what you buy...that will then run back to the av closet and connect to a distribution block. the flashers will then go on the components. As far as interference you need a plasma proff receiver..they are more money but work great...i mainly use proficent audio or speaker craft (the are identical). the amount of receivers you need depends on how you decide to set everythig up, but figure for three screens at least three receivers. For everything you want to do you really may want to look into a control 4 type system. That type of receiver may do the trick for you for your audio issue. Also look at butt kickers for those stadium seats..they really kick up the movie experince.
