If you have used esi access to connect to this system in the past, wether remote or local, you should have a record of the programmed data in esi access. Open the site as 'offline' and look at the CO's to see how they are being answered.
Regardless of how the CO's are answered if a live person answers, ask them to press the blue voice mail key and hang up. This will dump you in to ID1.

Bill is absolutely correct. I called in with my esi-access and tried a few tricks I learned through some past experiances. I just reread all previous posts on this subject and am wondering if this might be a C-Class.
