i have been dealing with this for a while, 4.22b did nothing for me on two diff. occasions, just recently i got trace 4.22 from samsung its not released yet so you ll have to call them and get the ftp site to download it. i upgraded to trace 4.22 about a week ago and i havnt had any problems yet

Samsung gave me a link to do a software update. Call tech support for that.
