Cracker is right about the add-on button strip. Depending on how many 28 button phones you need it may be cheaper to get the OS100 cabinet then your 18 button phones can use the 14 button add-on.

Sheesh...and I thought Nortel was confusing!
Back to the original question:
What is involved in adding up to 4 lines to a DCS Compact?
What phone can be plugged in to the EXISTING system in order for the receptionist to see all 8 lines? Only one phone is required at the reception seat. All other phones will remain as 18D's.
