MMC 307 must not be in all systems ... I can't find it on my OS7400 V3.32. Very odd.

307 was in all DCS, Compact, 50SI and some 100R1's. 306 was for internal and 307 for external. They have combined both into 306 now

You are right. I was unable to find MMC 307 in the idcs 500 R1 system. However, I found an older DCS manual which shows both MMC 306 and MMC 307.

I guess that leaves me back to square 1 of testing to see if the fax machines themselves have a setting of pre-dialing the trunk group.
