Robert Adams says he will reply to the people who PM'd me and will do a write up on the SMVI-4e and the SMVI-8e. He will post it under Samsung and if it improves the Samsung instructions it could be posted under FAQ.
He thought the instructions were poorly documented and it should be an easy process with his steps.

The easy way is to record the prompt on a Digital Media player (iPod) and than play them on the microphone of the headset. the quality is suprinsingly good. and there is no messing around with files. This is what we did and was quite happy with the result.
