Just a guess, but did you check to see if the trunk numbers were in MMC 724?

If the system was defaulted then the numbering plan should be ok.
If it is then you should be able to dial 701,702,703 704 to access the trunks. If it says invalid number then yes the numbering plan needs to be set up.

Nobody asked this question, so I guess I will. Can you make a call directly off of the DMarc using a test set? Are you using a channel bank at all. I have seen trouble with the DCSC and ADTRAN channel banks being configured wrong. If you meter the line, is it between 28 and 35 milliamps?

Other than that, sounds like a bad trunk card!

MAN !! the guy i brought the system off told me that there are two trunks onboard, I have since found that NOT to be the case so he is sending me down a trunk card !

Also guys, can the samsung 2100b phone work on digital ports ? i am told they are suposed to however I can not get them to work, If i push buttons the keys make a beep sound, other than that they are dead, no dial tone or nothing ?
