There isn't actually one, that I know of. What I was referring to was SAB00085, where in section 1.4 it discusses changes that should be made to ALL PC8 in-skin voicemails.
That's all I was referring to. It may have nothing to do, specifically, with the upgrade to DX120, but it does seem to be a universal "fix" that should be done on all of those legacy units.

I finally found that SAB & remember reading it. I see, right off, that I'm going to have to get in to DOS and check out some programming.
Something odd is happening with port 21, ext 129, port 29, ext 157--etc. This may help out quite a bit. Thanks.

Did you check your extension to port mapping in PCDBA? Maybe it came up weird, and just needs to be put back to default mapping.

The port mapping in the system looks OK from what I remember two days ago---but some of the recommendations in the SAB seem to talk about some of the problems I am experiencing. I won't know for sure, until I go there tomorrow morning and shut it down for a bit.
