i have an 1632 with impact phones and when i try to use the shift button to program second tier adial numbers they never take. any ideas? thanks

The system allows only one autodial number at a programable button; however, you can store an autodial number or feature code at a second level of a location where a DSS is already stored; just repeat the programming procedure. That's straight from the user guide. mark
