I need to have a t1 installed in baltimore, maryland in about 1 month. Who can recommend a good vendor...at&t - verizon ???

I need to have a csu/dsu installed to break out all 25 channels for voice & data lines. I will use the Adtran 500 series or does the vendor supply this stuff. Please email me to the below address with any info. Thank

I had a big install about 6 months ago in which the customers clec was supposed to arrange a ground start to loop conversion....well guess what>>>they forgot to place the service call with verizon....all hell broke loose....

if they didnt deal with clecs and with verizon the conversion would have taken 1 phone call....

But thats why there are cut sheets.
Dont get me wrong I have had cuts go bad but its very easy to cancel a cut you are the vendor and the key to all going well. And any problem that I have had on a cut was the opposite always easy to fix on Clec side pain in back side fron Verizon. Then again I choose my CLEC's that I work with and try to stear my customers to them. I have had great luck with USLec and NewSouth is getting alot better. But XO was the worse, they would cancel there own cuts they were so screwed up.

CAVALIER TELEPHONE is doing a lot of PR in the mid-atlantic states here. I guess maybe I will give them a call. Maybe it would be better to have the headaches of maintaing the t1 to the clec. After all we all know that they go down on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons.
