Well I assigned stations 34,35,36,37 to a call group. I assigned the main line and the roll over to the group. I assigned them as auto attendant. Yet when you call the main number the VMS does not pick up .
I am at a loss .

Also what happens when you call ext 34 ? Just for giggles take the Auto Attendant assignments off the four ports and just leave them and only them in the CDG group. And give them Immediate ring. Do you need a manual for that animal and the VMS

If I call Ext 34 I get the VMS If I call any of the exts in the group I get VMS.
I will take auto attendant off the group in the morning. I will be there around 10am EST. Yes I could use a manual. For some reason I do not think I have the line programed to ring to the group. When I go to Calling Groups in the program all the exts have green lights as do the 2 lines assigned to them. But something is not correct. Perhaps I could call you tomorrow ??

Also make sure that you have those ext. assigned to ring direct or delayed. You can call but I won't be in the office until about 2:00 mountain time. dtmf

I am sure that is the problem . The problem I have is I can not find how to set up those exts to ring direct. The only ring assinments I can find assins delayed or immeadate ring to the lines themselves or if you are at an individual phone. These exts do not exist except for the voice mail .

All you have to do is assign the ext's to the DGC group and it should work. What release do you have, maybe there is a conflict that we are not seeing because it should be working.
Also your programming may be corrupted so give this a shot. 1. Slide the T/P to P 2. Press Conferance twice 3. Press System then Restart 4. Slide the T/P to T

Ok I will try it this weekend.
This thing is driving me crazy. Does it make a differance that the system is set up as a square and not pooled.
