You got it Mad, :thumb:
Bill, you could program a Trunk Group Key on a phone (9,8,ect..) on different phone's. When you press it it will grab a line from that Line Group and place it on a CAP key.

Yeah but with 8 tenants, it would get a little ugly when trying ot use, features or different grous of extensions..and god forbid that they would have to dial 2 keys to get an outside line or dial 4 digits for an extension smile

It appears now, that this is just many ways to skin the same cat .

Well, as with anything familiarity with use will answer all.

We got a bit stale around here dealing with virtually the same thing for 20 years. Now we just have to learn all the workarounds and intricacies of a new system.

BillFlippen, I had one customer request us to set up a multi company ( tenants) sharing one common ISDN PRI but have a separate POTS for outbound .It was fun project and doable on SV8100 except the music on hold thing . In the end , I had to use IPO to do the 4 different music source as my customer demand that particular feature .

Anyone know if latest SV8100 can do multiple music sources yet ?

You can do multiple music sources 97 total, 1 on the CPU blade and 96 using PGD units, this goes back to the 1st release.

I think you can also get one more by assigning the BGM on the CPU for analog trunks MOH.
