OK, had a chance to test the system and it still is not functioning like we need it too.

Our receptionist is on port 2 ext 115. When I dial into the Company, any one of the 8 lines will ring on her phone. After a few rings, the voice mail light turns on and I am transferred to the reception voicemail and not the auto attendant.

Our voicemail is at port 49 and dialing 190 will get to voice mail. I set the reception phone BNA (using speaker 43>190>speaker) to direct the missed call to the auto attendant instead its directing me to her personal voicemail.

I am clearly missing something here....sorry for not "getting it" fast enough smile

Is there a Greeting recorded in the Day Mode? What happens if you turn off the Call Forward at her Phone?

There is the greeting that was used for the auto attendant both in day/night mode, which says

"Thank you for calling...press one to reach the company directory, press two to reach the sales dept, if you know your parties ext dial at any time, or press 0 to reach the operator"

I assume that this "generic" message still can be used both in day/night mode??

Disabling BNA on her phone cause the phone system to ring infinitely until answered.

I tried to delete her personal voicemail. That didn't work either. What I got when I dialed in was a message that said "The person you are trying to reach is not available"

Check MB:3-42 to see if the Line's are DIT'ed to that Station.

At MB 3-42 all 8 lines are assigned to ext. 115 (reception)in day mode and to 190 (voicemail auto attendant)in night mode. This works as expected. When reception puts the system into night mode (Feature>80>Feature)the auto attendant takes over. In the morning, reception comes in, turns off night mode and all calls are routed to her 8 lines ant ext. 115.

Thats why Voice Mails Not Picking up in day Mode. Remove the DIT from 115 in Day Mode MB:03-42, Leave MB:03-43 (ANA) Alone and Your Delay ring should work.
