Hi, we have an NEC Electra Elite IPK II with 2 POTS phone lines coming in. We have a COIB card.
I can't figure out how to get the caller ID to display on the terminals when we get an incoming call..
I'm a novice, so I'm sure it's a fairly easy solution, but it flew straight over my head thus far.
Thanks!

Then you need to contact a technician to come and do it. Rickman was giving you the memory location in programming to get it going.

You sure you have an IPK 2? Sounds like a cpu 1. Are there any mods who can remove that FEATURE?
