That's Cool, haven't used that Feature Yet. You Learn Something new Everyday.I would try putting a Trunk Group/Loop Key on the Phones Lable it Outgoing That way They won't have to Dial a (9) for every Call.

rickman, that worked. i set a fn key to *02 trunkgroup/loopkey and used 1 as a value.

I think this should be enough to get people out of the press 9 habit. i believe I'll keep the 9 available just in case we have issues. If line 1 is busy do you think it'll still rollover to 2?
This place is better then the Concours forum I go to! Thanks

As Long as You Have an Open Line In the Line Group and They Press that Button They'll get a Line to Dial out on. (Glad I Could Help) :thumb:

Look at 21-01-12 "E911 w/o trunk code access". Change data to 0. When this value is set to 1 and the user dials 9 to access outside line, the system waits to see what next digits are (1,1 or something else). I suppose it is possible that someone is "fat-fingering" the dial pad. Any way, if you change the value to 0 in this program, then the user MUST dial 9 to get outside line, plus 911 to get to 911 service.
