I have no idea. Came with the system and I only have an NEC/Aspire manual.
Any way to ask while in VM?
If it helps, it doesn't go by digits to listen/reply/etc., it goes -
to listen, press L, to record, press R, etc.

Look at the original bill of sale. OR, look inside the Cabinet to see if you see a voicemail in there. Unless you have an external VM on the system. Either way what you are looking to do is going to be done in the voicemail and NOT the phone system. This can be done with a terminal program such as procomm or hyperterminal. You will need to change the DAT (Dial Action Table) in the vm to do what you want when they hit the Auto Attendant. CTL voicemails are a little odd for the novice.

That is the only card that looked like not NEC.
Anyhow.. I have programmed lots of different systems.(Plexar, AT&T's, Fujitsu)- so not so much a novice I wouldn't understand what you are telling me to change.
Now, to dial up the system though, I am going to need I.D.'s and passwords to change this thing, right? So I am back to having to pay the seller to come out and do.
BTW, we bought this system used and Im not so sure the people that sold us are that bright on it either. Had a lot of 'no your system can't do that's when I researched and found out it could.

i have a newer ctl voicemail and the reg password has been change i know they have a master password but it's not the one thats start with s and ends with b anyone know CTL's new master password
