Fascinating. I still have a letter on file from the old Vodavi days that even prohibits distribution of installation and programming manuals! Have things have changed that much?

Exactly, unlike the Pathfinder there is, or should I say was, no requirement to be an authorized or certified dealer to sell the Dispatch or install it.

But get this: The Talkpath, the supposed dealer-only equivalent to the Dispatch was restricted.

Yea, makes a bunch of sense doesn't it? Anyone can sell the blue\purple ones but not the gray ones.
But now that both of them are discontinued...isn't this a moot point?
