ok i have a xts ip switch with dtib, lanb, locb, voicemail, misb, mpb2....i have the mpb2 setup with an ip address and an ip address for the lanb. I set the phone up according to the manual but im not getting the system to see the phone. So im wondering do i have to do something with the dip switchs on the lanb or what else do i need to do?

First things first can you PING to the IP address of the LANB card from a PC? Verify the phone is set for REMOTE, DHCP, and only the MFIM address is programmed. Reset phone and test. Also make sure that station ID lock in NOT enabled.

From any computer using the CMD interface Type PING and the IP address of the card Leave the router and Sub net at 0.0.0.0
Is the phone set for DHCP enabled?

Verify in programming FL 46 that you have the correct IP address assigned to the card for the correct slot.

Verify all your programming in FL 46 the problem right now is within the system programming not the phone. Unplug the cable from the card and try connecting it to your laptop are you getting any connections to the Internet. If so from the CMD type IPCONFIG /ALL and verify your settings and make sure they are the same for the FL 46 programming.

Are all the DIP switches in the ON position? Is this a LANB board or VOIP 12 port card. Also make sure the Service/Normal switch is in the normal mode.
