Thanks for the advise, nfcphoneman, have you ever seen any of the Flex 616 KSUs outputing 38v between the data and voice pairs?

No, but I've never measured the voltage between the pairs. If the KSU isn't working, we replace it in the field. These systems are getting very old and I believe the capacitors are a big problem in a lot of them at this stage.

I have 2 Flex 616s, an operational one and a spare. Both put out around 38 volts between the data and voice pairs. This approx. 38v ends up across a 220uf 35v capacitor in the telephones.
I am wondering if anyone else has measured voltages above 35 volts from the Flex 616 KSUs.
