extension 262 = Port 066 extension 256 = port 052 extension 222 = port 022 extension 257 = port 053
extensions 262 & 222 are the PDN's and it appears that the button layout is (bottom to top) Int; 303 (trunk group I think); 303; 303; *10; *11; voicemail; DND; Spd dial. They are all 10 button phones with the exception of the phone I am programming from which is a 20 button.
extensions 256 & 257 should be the SDN's. Button layouts are the same. I changed the *10 button on ext. 257 to be ##022 in program 39. *71 is currently the third button up on the left from the bottom. I also moved the ##022 button to the INT button on extension 257 and restored teh *10 button to it's original feature.
Thanks again!!! Glenn

When you program 222 to appear and ring on 257, what happens when you dial 222? Does it either flash or ring on 257? Do you need to have 257 appear and ring on 222?
I would probably lay out the keys as: For X-222 - ##022, ##053, 303, 303, 303, *10... For X-257 - ##053, ##022, 303, 303, 303, *10... For X-262 - ##066, ##052, 303, 303, 303, *10... For X-256 - ##052, ##066, 303, 303, 303, *10...
This way, dialing 222 or 257 will flash and ring on both 222 and 257 and dialing 256 or 262 will flash and ring both 256 and 262. Is this what you are trying to accomplish?

Halleluiah, Praise the Lord and pass me the biscuits!!! It’s working now. I went back this morning and started from scratch. Thanks for the suggestion on the button layout Bob! It would seem that the whole problem was that the tech that installed the system labeled the blocks on the wall wrong. When I verified the port numbers as CableGuy suggested, the ports were slightly different from what the 66 blocks were labeled. Once this was established, I was able to fly through the programming due to the excellent coaching from each of you! I can’t thank you guys enough for your help and patience! Blessings to all! Glenn
