Whether or not you have a DADM on the phone, if there is a CO line key programmed on the DADM in prog *29, the LED indication will hop off the pooled line key and over to the CO line button on the non existent DADM. Just star out all the keys on both of the DADMs.

Sounds like I have my answer - I will try removing the programming for the DADM on port 000. Thanks for all the responses!
