Then don't CF it back to VM. The 500H performs a blind transfer and dumps the call to the CTX. If you don't CF it back, it should ring PHdn500 forever.

You definately want to have the copy to 200 (and turn off recoding on 500) unless you put a PhMW lamp on ext 200. If you do then 200 has to be the owner of 500. I like Voyager's method better.
Also some points to note:
1. When transfered from the voicemail, it will NOT ring forever even if you turn off Call forwarding. There is a ring Transfer recall the will send it back to voicemail. You can extend the timer so it does not recall back in 32 seconds (default).
2. Turn off recording in mailbox 0! If it is on then somehow people will leave messages that no one will here.
3. If you don't have line appearances then only one person can call the operator at a time. The next caller will get a busy signal or get the busy voicemail message.
4. I would not recommend using mailbox 0 as a general message box. Keep VM 500 for that. Keep the extension feild 500H, or @F-500H, or what I do is @G(500) and then put 500H in mailbox 500 extension fied.
