This is the Base E911 system that goes to Military Fire, not the public one.
Yeah, I realized that after I posted when I read your location.
All we do here is provide the elevator people with dialtone or a dry circuit in the elevator equipment room and they do the rest.
It gets kind of complicated if you have to give them an extension off the PBX. POTS line they can usually handle.
