Just a guess, If they (Telco) are sending Caller Id Name and Number info you need to have them turn it off. A DK will only take Caller ID number it will reject the call if it has Name as well

Yes, please understand that the pipe needed to be correctly ordered for the DK.
OK you need to program *(STAR)17 to be either your voicemail hunt group or a operators phone/programming phone. What do you have in 71-0 and 71-1 for your first couple of addresses? Maybe you want to verify with your provider what numbers they are sending to your switch? AND the number of digits that they are sending.

I would strongly suggest calling a Toshiba dealer at this point. PRI programming is not basic programming. Too many variables and programs involved.

71-0 has to show line number(000) and Extension number(234), 71-1 has to show line number(000) and port number(0034), the same 71-3. *09 has to show DINIS number(1900) and port number (034). Otherwise you will get busy or Recording "All circutes are busy, try this call later"
