The server name is in each users mailbox profile in the ES Admin program.. If it werent I would think we would not get any emails from the ES Server...

I added the phone_* and unknown* to the symantec premium anti spam but the problem is the body of the email is blank with an attachment, so it must be making the spam filter freak out.

And i still cant get this beta outlook client to work right.. Toshiba really put a half assed effort into this software.. How can you not be able to delete a message from the phone when you delete it from outlook?? And how can you NOT have the fax software have the ability to track sent faxes??

I'm not talking about the server name in each mailbox. There is an entry in the Stratagy config for the smtp server name so that the emails come to you with that name in the from field instead of @unknown.

Meiser do you know where it is in the config screens? I have been looking but the ES Config program has little to no configuration in it per server side, and the WinAdmin has 5 million options , of which i cant find this specific one.

In case you haven't found it yet, it's under configuration - system parameters - sys_smtpserver_host.

Also, did you ever get the client working right?
