PMC - Voyager is correct you are into advanced programming and changing this can be tricky. His option may be simplier, if you are totally set on your configuration another option may be to record the busy greetings the same as your Greeting 1 and you would not have to change anything. To answer your question the rr, rrr, and rrrr represents 2 3 and 4 digit extensions.

Thanks Breed. We've stated using the menu capability of the VM to have VM transfer to people's cell phones.
Problem: the busy greeting doesn't use the menu you setup in your VM.
So, I'm back to needing to get around the busy greeting.
hmmm... Too bad it just doesn't work like it's supposed to (i.e. turning the busy greeting off). Or, if the busy greeting just forwarded calls to your normal VM instaed of just taking a message and putting it in your VM (i.e. letting you use the VM box menu).
