I was just back out at the site today. They are having other weird problems as well. All of which seem to go away with a power cycle. One problem was that calls that normally went to the receptionist were going straight to voicemail for a period of time. There had not been any programming done, so this just started happening for no reason. Another problem was that on about 8 phones, when line 10 is in use, those 8 phones can't dial out. According to the customer, a power cycle also clears up this problem. Are we looking at a bad processor here? Has anyone experienced something similar?
