Help! I've lost the instructions on how to change the extension number on our Telrad system basic set. The p/n of the phone set is 79-240-0006/SB2.
We had a set die, and when we try to move another set to that location, the msg, dnd, mute, & spkr lights just flash.
Thanks for any help!

enter the extension number followed by the # sign. ie: 245#

The phone should initialize and operate properly.

As long as the replacement phone is the same part number as the old one!
