I dont think the voicemail dialing out. Thats why I asked how they dial out. If no LCR they need to use trunk group access code or trunk DN to dial out. They may have to use a system speeddial to forward.

We dial 9 to get an outside line.

The auto attendant system default is...

Day Busy Disable Camp On
Night Busy Disable Camp On
Day No Answer Record
Night No Answer Record

BUT... doesn't the mailbox aat programing overide the system aat default?

How do I program the trunk group access code, or trunk dn? I'll try that next!

I agree, looks like he needs to know what he is using to call out.

How are you, dialing out? Do you use 9 or a trunk group on a button or single trunks on buttons. To program we need to know what you are using.

Sorry I took so long to reply was out the rest of the afternoon.
Are you using a T1 or PRI for local lines?
If so do you have any copper trunks on the system?
Do you have co line access per trunk?
Try dialing 801or 802 to see if you get dialtone( no 9 just 801 or 802)
Do you have the PCP for system programming?

801 and 802 give me an outside line. We have individual copper lines coming in. No, I do not have the correct software.

One more piece of information, I have had the follow-me function working before (to an outside number). Just as voicemail notification. But, I haven't been able to forward via follow me.

Thanks for all the help so far!!!!!

Try this
Set a system speeddial to the number you want to forward to. Test the system speed dial to make sure it works. Then call forward your phone to the system speedial number. Feat 35 2 SPDL??? will forward all calls to your outside number. FEAT 36 2 SPDL??? will forward noanswer calls to the outside number.
