All the phones that work show, as an example, FWD B/NA:500
Can someone explain this 'cause I'm confused.

500 by default is the extension number of voicemail. Therefore settings such as call forward busy/no answer should point to the "pilot" extension number of voicemail 500. If the phone is forwarded to 111 that would be a specific extension or destination. Because multiple ports work off of a "pilot" extension number, that is why the voicemail destination would be 500.

Ok, cool. Thanks for the help here. Outside of plugging the cable to the walljack, I'd not done much with phones in my life.

You're welcome for the help. One of the things that we in the telecommunications industry hope to do is show the "computer guy" and the corporate bosses that IT is not telecommunications, and in fact something as simple as setting call forwarding to voicemail is not something that in any way is similar to anyting on a computer. That is the same mentality that we've heard for years,"why does it take so long to get my phone line, all you have to do is FLIP A SWITCH!"

Oh, I know it's not the same thing believe me.
They'd prefer me to run 5 new phone lines and set them up in this system instead of paying someone who has working knowledge to do it. Personally, I think that's a bad idea. I do PC hardware/software support.
I don't mind learning some things about the phone system, and being able to troubleshoot some smaller problems only makes me more valuable to the organization.

I agree. It sounds like you have the ability to perform the admin level work to the system. Programming and setting up new extensions, voicemail, and auto attendant changes are better left to certified technicians. Trust me if it goes off without a hitch you'll be their hero. If there's an accidental programming change and you cant fix it they will throw you under the bus.
