83 works fine, and CO-3 works on the DPT sets. Maybe I need to rephrase my question.

How do you control which line appears on the Jack/Extension output side of the system? Jack 1, Extension 101 is the programmer set. Jack 2, Extension 102 is CO-1. Jack 3, Extension 103 is CO-2. Jack 4, Extension 104 is CO-6. Jack 13, Extension 113 is also CO-1. I want to see CO-3 appear at Jack say 16, Extension 116.

Okay, Don, let's clarify a few things.

Your KSU is a K KXT 1232 D ?

But you have a computer hooked to it?

Are you sure it isn't a KXT D 1232 ?

If you check the manual on line assignment you should find a place that allows a CO to be available outbound.

This is done on a per station (jack) basis.

Multiple CO lines can be allowed per station.

Good Luck.

My PBX is a KX-T123211D. I am working through this. What I'm finding is every station has all CO's enabled. It appears that what CO was set as the primary for each station is done at the station itsself, here. So depending on what Jack/Extension was defined at the station as the primary is what CO appears on the output Jack of the PBX. I am testing this now.
I did find another question, I cannot get a dial tone on Jack 103, 105, 107 & 109. The phones all work off these jacks. Is there a reason why a Butt set won't pickup a dial tone from these jacks?

I have figured it out, as everyone seen in the dump all CO's were enabled to all extensions etc. This turns out to be a simple assignment at the stations.

Thx to all for your help.

I am a computer guy thrown into support of these ancient PBX units.
