hi Ed, thats a good one, one problem Pri lines no analouge line card on system. but I think it would have being more trouble than he would go to. I think he was thinking of them selfs not the customer on the phone being held.
SNC there are too many phones they want to open doors from.
Telling him can't be done, he was not told it would do it and he did not ask at point of sale.
