While listening to the message, pressing "4" does nothing. Yes, there is CID info recorded w/message - it's played at the end of the message. Is there something else that needs to be set up, or am I missing something?

The 824 is already set up for CID callback - COs and Local/LD. It works from CID-C call log (scroll to the number, pick up CO, press CID-C again), just not from the TVA.

Welcome to my nightmare I spent many hours trying to implement this feature. There are several places to do call setup (ie dial 9 HERE) and with all of them set finally did get it to work (somewhat). I have "envelope" info turned off for my mailbox. I know that while listening to my message, if I press 2 and then 3, I can then press 4 to do a callback. This works from INSIDE all of the time. My frustration is that when I call INTO the VM from the OUTSIDE it also works, but when the VM calls ME on my cellphone, everything works up to the point when I push "4". The system does a hookflash (hanging up on me) and then locks the port for several minutes, which makes this feature worthless in my application. If you (or anyone else) can get this particlar part of the feature working, I would greatly appreciate you letting me know how you did it.
