HELLO, WE HAVE A CLIENT WITH AN 816 WITH 170 EXT PORT UPGRADE. WE HAVE THE PROGRAMMING MANUAL. IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE WE MESSED WITH AN 816. WE HAVE SEVERAL ISSUES: some ext can not dial out on line 3. it is assigned in 400. we cannot access co3 from either 83 or programming a flex button. also some ext cannot dial out and we can not find the location for programming, I am assuming that is station specific. Just wonderin what you all thought. the 170 has been installed for some time and worked ok. The client has moved ext/offices and now we need to reprogram the features. We would like not to default the KSU. Thanks for your wrcrossley@gmail.com time

You need to check the outgoing assignments for the extensions or ports in question.
System Program fields 605 day and 606 night.

You can put the card in either slot as long as it's properly assigned in field 109.
If the assignment is changed you should reset the system.
Your sure those stations in question are not locked
Your sure your checking the right ports in programming? are you using flexable numbering?
