thanks for everyone's help. the DOS worked even though it is awkward to use. Also because this softare is so old P101(?), it is backwards on some of its features,it has only one intercept. I think later versions have day and night intercepts. problem is, talkin to the Panasonic rep, to do any types of upgrades to this cabinet would require unit to be sent back to the factory to have the motherboard updated. right now, day and night intercepts are not an issue, customer is happy and that's all that counts.
I guess it's time to close this thread.
