It's generally best if you start a new thread ("Post a New Topic" in the upper-left corner of any page) instead of tagging onto a very old thread. You'll get better results. Welcome aboard and we'll help you wherever we can.
If your fax has the option of "fine" resolution quality, you might try changing it to anything other than "fine". We have encountered this with T1/PRI circuits as well and it's usually due to slips or timing errors that are very difficult to track.
