Looking to see if anyone can help me with a Nortel BCM 50 (release 2) Its been using LAN CTE and dialing from Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. I am upgrading to Win 7 64 bit and Outlook 2010. After some research I have come to find out that LAN CTE will not work on Windows 64 bit. My question is there any other alternative applications for the BCM 50 that will allow me to do this with 64 bit and outlook 2010? I don't mind buying licences again if I have to. All I need is Outlook dialing. I tried calling Avaya but they are no help at all (I brought the system used)
Thanks for any help

I think the only work around is to use 32 bit OS.
Do you really need 64 bit OS?
I dont even think Tapi works on Windows 7 for that matter.

Yes the PC's are going to be using memory heavy applications/software so they need to be 64 bit to go beyond the Windows x86 memory limitations (Thats the reason for upgrading) I have called a couple of places and they mentioned upgrading to System Release 6 and using Avaya CallPilot Unified Messaging for use with Outlook 2010, could this be an option or will 64 bit still be a problem?
Thanks for any help
