I have a customer with MICS 6.1.MR with 2 LSDS line cards and CP 100 2.0. The customer wants CLID, so I priced them out 2 CLID cards.
My Question is, with this version of software when the reception answers the call and then transfers it to another local, say 222, will the CLID info be passed along also to local 222?

Yes it will.

Yes, the caller ID info should be passed on with a transfer and from the Call Pilot.
If you have AA answering any lines, make sure that you wait for the 2nd ring before it answers.

If your AA answers on 0 or 1 ring, you will NOT get caller ID.

Also, if someone leaves a message, the mailbox envelope will also capture the caller ID.....again only if 2 rings or more before being answered.

If you program it correctly..........

If it A&R then it will show on the phone automatically.

If it is Appear ONLY, then it will not show.
But it will still show if transferred to x222.
And if his line is flashing (but not ringing) then he can invoke Feature 811 to see who is calling.
