We have a customer with a NAM. They called us because there was a full mailbox. What is the Message capabilities for a mailbox? This mailbox has a class of service 1. How many Messages can a mailbox store ? or is it by minutes ?

COS 1 would give you 15 min according to the manual that I have. Page 4-4. It can be changed to 20 minutes by changing subscriber MB to a different COS. However, message length is also changed from 3 min to 2 min.
