I have had the same issues with internet sales and at the time I curse the internet. mad

We also have customers buy phones of the internet after the sale. We also record serial numbers as does Coral Tech. We will not support them but install them for the customer. We also void their system warranty as well, as we cannot support "foreign" equipment hanging off our system.

Echo on the warranty. My contracts clearly state that only my company or someone that I authorize can install, de-install, program, etc. Any deviation makes my contracts null & void.

I had one new client who did buy from the internet, but needed me to install the phones to his system. He might have saved on the purchase, but the install charge was higher. Did he really save in the end?
