As Bill said the open forums here are for end user information ..the type of thing found in Users guides.
what no one has mentioned yet is the i series is complex and can be daunting even for a experienced telephone tech who isn't trained on it

Yea, the 28i isn't for do it yourself'ers and like skip said, we aren't going to post programming info in the open. Find a qualified tech to install it and save yourself a boat load of headaches

DUDE NO THERE IS NO VOICEMAIL!!! I found some ddk's for the PCB, I installed the system myself today, REALLY wasnt difficult. The programming wasnt that tough either. All the phones were already programmed with two lines. I added combined paging to the sets and im good to go.
