Well some of this is made tougher by the fact I am not on site. As I said - the PMS is working fine except for getting check in/out messages to more than one place. If they say they cannot find a problem I will try to get connected with the emulator and send a check in myself to one of the rooms that is also affecting the admin and see if it does the same thing (which I am sure it won't)

If its affecting the admin staff disable system option 32 and then let us know if the problem is still occurring. I have seen in the past that that when adding admin staff extension numbers after system option 32 has been enabled they cannot dial out. The other work around is to check in the admin staff just the one time and they will be able to dial out.
Trouble shooting sites remotely is very difficult as you probably are aware of.
