the way I was told to punch it down was on a 25 pair 66 block, from the Mitel i'm punching it on row 1 of the 66 block and then out to the room on row 13, does this sound correct? row one corresponds to row 13? sorry if this reaks of confusion.

Thanks

Am I confused? Your to take your DSl circuits from Telco to the DSlam to the user. and coming out of the DSlam you might need voice filters? If i'm off base please forgive me ...Ive been up most of the weekend on a cutover/install.
