We had AT&T come through working on the upgrade to Fiber for their PRI and mysteriously the passwords changed on the IPOffice. Now the VM isn't recognized and shows a password error.
Thanks We know it is a password error. if you followed TTT advice to the letter, then i would bring in an Avaya Business Partner to resolve. If you are an Avaya Business Partner, you should open a ticket.
